So here's where we can chat about ideas and put down wiki's and powers.
Wiki's for the worlds if they are canon and for the characters powers.
Also a place to put down a full list of powers the character will develop, both canon and original (but related and feasible). Others can comment and say how feasible these can be.

It seems that Nora and Jess will be the powerhouses, after all the upgrades, although Jess will be reliant on materia, while Nora will have learned the spells.
Materia have a 4th level of spells, however, so Jess's may be more powerful, even though she is limited in how many she could equip at a time.
On the idea of Keychains, I would prefer that we do not use any canon ones, since those are usually tied to Sora in some form of emotional manner. THe ones we do make up and use can have the same stat boosts though and similar looks.
I would like to point out the fact that Q, potentially, can gain teh most power, but that's taking into account the entire E-M force. As fun as that may be, I will not take it that far. Q will stay limited to the electric part and possibably some minor magnetic parts. (aka, will stick to mostly canon abilities)

just out of curiosity, where can I go with this? by which I mean with out dark mer power I am all but useless. I can develop said power when we get to jak world (if they can contain blue, red yellow and green eco then they can contain dark and light) until then though I need to find another fighting style or I will be useless if we ever have to fight something quickly or right after I run out of power. (the same goes to jess, she has miteria but she too will need some kinda weapon unless she stock piles like a squirrel) Every thing is fairly even between the three of you as far as fighting goes, all of us have melee capability, two magic, one who can potentially summon, and Q's power that ranges the whole spectrum then another who has potentual long distance... where would it be best for me to step in?
Anyway, have any ideas?

Step in where ever you, as a person, prefer to fight. Personally I prefer the mid to long range area for myself.
As for your own developments...look at the way the normal citizens in teh jak world move and fight. They all seem very flexible and have some kind of double jump. The punches and jumps seem fairly 'rubbery,' if that's a good way to describe it.
Also what is to say that other planets do not have eco or something similar?

So I do have a couple theories on why the electrical wires would hurt me/my character (esp since electricity is supposed to heal, not hurt, although technically it only knowcked me/my character unconscious and the heartless did most of teh damage think explosion knockback or something...wow this is a long sentence), some better than others, but I wonder what you would suggest.
One of my theories is that magic/ thunder and electricity are just different enough, along a similar vein, that the simulated world just didn't get it right and that wasn't electricity, magic or otherwise, it just looked like it and was a quick, and bad, simulation job. I have a few others that are more out there, including making some game events more 'real' than others, but anyways I'm rambeling and this is a run-on and I don't think anyone will really reply to this at all.
(Yeah I just watched a mini-marathon of zero punctuation...so sue me...)

Hey, Nora. I know you've been busy, but can you give us a note to tell us how things are going?
If you still don't have the time, let us know. We'll catch you on the next cycle and see if your workload has eased up a bit.
If you don't tell me something in the next 5 days or so, I'll assume you're too busy and we'll continue the cycle.

Okay, everyone's busy right now with conventions coming and school starting. I already have homework, so I'll try and get the next part up after I get everything under control. It might be a week or two though.

Uh, a few details that you may want to edit: I/Q recovered like 4 days ago, currently standing on a roof taking an extra watch when the Rek' broke through.
Second, its a hospital not an inn really, but I guess it could still be considered as such. So not a major deal on that one.
Nothing too major, just I'm no longer an invalid. Otherwise, yay great post.

I'm next if Norararararara is finished. However I've got a ton of stuff to do before this coming Wednesday when I've got a presentation, homework and a test, so don't expect much before then.
Although I've been wrong about that before.

So I'm done and Wolvy is up next.
Slight recap for power upgrades from my post: Nora--no real change, Used Strike Raid, maybe has Guard/Block, but that also could just be natural skill
Jess--Fire is probably progressing nicely towards level up, still needs a lot of battles to become Fira though, Barrier has no change, She did pick up a new Magic/spell materia from beating the heartless Rek'. Up to her (or next poster) to decide what it is.
Mer- not in the post, sorry. Upgrades are your own
Q-- Now has access to basic lightning bolt, can recharge from electrical sources and sense where they are, more powerful lightning bolts drain power, probably has no fall damage (ie not hurt from falling at any height, I dunno yet, just putting that out there in case it becomes necessary)
--yeah.....info dump....

Alright a few things for the future plots. Bear with me this may be a bit disjointed.
Firstly, we are not the only group the entity has sent out. It has made multiple groups with a keybearer and two guardians (because that's what it saw). It makes a group then must 'rest' for a period of time to regain its energy. The groups are usually from fringe worlds like ours, aka the ones that touch many universes but only minorly. This is so its 'siblings'/jailors do not notice the intrusion right away. As for what has happened with the other groups I leave that open.
Secondly, we have a group with THREE guardians, not the usual two. The entity only makes two because that is all the energy it has enough for. One of us is a abberation, and it may be from one of the captors or from something else. Or the energy may have split and the abberation could be in two. (Or Nora was a natural keybearer and the energy went elsewhere into one of the others but who knows.) This is open for future plots.
The main plot the entity wants is for one of its kebearers to find the lock holding it inits prision to free it. It has no idea where this lock may be but has given the group (one person it in may or may not be the keybearer) the ability to sense this location's energy. This person is probably Mer at this point although this may not actually be the case (as Mer is the one who can open gateways between worlds).
I figure we meet this entity after the second world or so and it gives us a test, similar to the ones at the beginning of the KH games, giving slight stat boosts or what not. This would actually be an excuse to get special weapons for the characters and not stat boosts. Perhaps a morph gun or a new materia or giving Nora access to magic or a new ability or something
As for teh current world I don't know what the reaction of the aftermath will be. Will they be happy, will they be suspicious, wil; they want to study us for new ways to expand territory and drive away the Rek. Or will they suspect that we are infact really golem (Which may actually be mentions of (HUMANFORM!?) heartless or nobodies already on this world. Golem don't bleed.)
Okay enough infodump rambeling for now. Tell me what you think and what we should keep or toss out.

I guess the first thing that comes to mind is if we save the world from getting consumed. Basically do we/ can we "lock it" If I can open the gates only when I am dark mer than I would have to have some level of control, which I don't really have. So far I have been "activated" on mostly adrenaline and fear. Basically what I am getting at is how easily are we getting out of there?
As for what Q-sama posted: there are other groups, are we competitors and will our paths cross? thats the biggest choice we would need to think about, of course the god guy may very well just mention them. Guess we will just have to see as it goes.
Nora being naturally a keybearer makes the most sense, got lucky kind of thing. Though we could also have been the first created so he had more energy or even accidentally put too much in, or one of us pulled it out of him when he err... activated us. Captor thing would be interesting too, a inside man kind of thing, though if that was the case wouldn't the entity try to get ride of the spare that risks its objectives? It would probably be smart enough to realize a third guardian may be a pawn.
Lock thing kind of ties to my first bit. Locking the worlds leads to the entity's freedom? or perhaps the destroyal of the worlds if we can not lock them it could be killing two birds with one stone, loosening its captors hold and training its minions! If that were the case it would make sense for me to lead you all to a place closer to the darkness, worlds already infiltrated by the heartless/ nobodies. (we have yet to run into any of them yet... that will be interesting)
Boosts make sense. getting something that could store eco would be wonderful too! ahaha
I have no idea what their reaction will be, I guess that depends on who that post lands on... I could most definitely see them being suspicious or wanting to weaponize our power. Back to the adrenaline activating dark mer that activates portal... As for the golems, I could totally see them being nobodies... they are supposed to take a human form after all. Though there are heartless with a human-ish appearance like the pirates...
this is going to be interesting ;D

Locking or unlocking worlds has no basis on the entity's captivity. Just a well hidden lock or LOCKS for its prision. Thats why it wants/uses Keybearers, since the keys can unlock pretty much anything. For the entity it doens't take much to awaken the keybearer, but since it cannot escape it has no idea where the locks for its prision are, as well as keeping its keybearers alive.
Nora could be a natural Keybearer or Q could be a natural Conduit, or Mer could naturally channel the energies of the planegt or anything. It is technically an even choice for all, save for Jess, if we go about it that way.
As for an agent of another entity, it wouldn't know which one of us it would be, we've grown far enough beyon that first spark and it was trying to hide its signature in the first place (that's why it chose fringe worlds) so the 'mole' would also be hidden.
One note, we are NOT the first group the entity has ever created. How long do you think it took to realize that its keybearers needed guardians like Sora had?

On a different note: If we ever get the ability to change forms depending on the world (usually based on magic Donald's magic in KH1 and magic fairy clothes in KH2) what would the general forms be?
Also how should the group gain this ability? Or should the group gain this ability? Should they/we rely on local mages/witchdoctors/etc. for any necessary form changes or avoid them altogether?

So since everyone has been busy and has writers block, it has cycled around to me again. Unfortunately I, too, have writers block. I know what could happen two worlds from now but not on this one. I also don't want to do a Shadow of Collossus world since I don't know what Norararara had planned for it. We still could though.
So plot throwaround time:
Lets say there are an arbitrary number of these seals we need to unlock, say 13 of them (not due to Org. XIII but because it is a managable number that isn't even) maybe 17 but the connotations (i.e. bad luck) that go with 13 make it more fun for potential plot related reasons.
For pacing reasons I suggest that on the next world(the one we're going to now) we find one of these seals. We don't know what to do with it and we may or may not open it. But this world should be a canon world, not made by us.
I also suggest that in the next world or the one after we get defeated badly. Very badly.
Afterwords we could end up in the Incredible's world or something and get training, blah blah blah. etc.
So what I need is suggestions for where we're going now. I wnat to shy away from worlds directly interacted with in BBS, since I haven't really played it yet and don't know what Keybearer concequences have been there. I also want to avoid Radiant Garden, the Collesium, and worlds that necessitate shapeshifting, since we do not have a means of doing so (i.e Donald's magic or magic clothes).
So suggestions? Disagreements?

I guess it depends what kind of cannon world you want... Would it be one we recognize? I agree with you for avoiding places like radiant garden where the keyblade would be recognized so we should avoid any of the worlds where Sora/ BBS happened too. as for which one, I have NOOOO idea. If you want our asses handed to us it should probably be one with some level of supernatural to it so our powers are unusual by not HOLY sh*t WTF! though I suppose as holy sh*t wtf would be a reason to get attacked. Not helpful, I will think some more
