Detailed description of powers (specifics of what the character can do/includes physical mutations such as feathers, wings, night vision) :
Has the ability of spiritual immortality, meaning if his body is killed he will continue to exist. Therefore, banishing and bindings/containment will eventually fail, although, depending on the strength, will hold for a time. Also being in spirit form allow him to transverse the astral plane, allowing for quick travel.
He can also possess non-sentient animals and revive him self in recently dead bodies as long as the body was not too grievously wounded or damaged. The body he possesses will eventually take on his attributes and appearance, however he cannot use the abilities of the body unless they are of an inherent nature (physical wings, elemental creature, etc.) Aramis cannot leave the possessed body unless that body dies or is mortally wounded.
Over the years since his first death, Aramis has learned of his secondary abilities. One of which is his ability to possess and alter electronics. He can move freely with in them yet can be pushed out with a special program or power surge.
His other ability took longer to develop, a minor ability in Mind. Since Spirit and Mind are closely related, Aramis was able to crossover to the near by element gaining minor abilities is telekinesis and telepathy, as well as a small suggestive ability. These abilities allow him to move and influence objects and people while in spirit form. These abilities however, require a great deal of energy and focus leaving Aramis drained after longer periods of use.
Before gaining these abilities Aramis could not influence the living realm in any way while in spirit form.
While in a possessed body, Aramis cannot use his abilities although he does still possess an affinity for electronic objects. While in spirit form, only those with strong Mind or Spirit based powers can sense his presence.

Goals/Motives/Drives (i.e. what they want to do, why they do it, and what gives them the energy to get there): He wants to control the world because he finds the system weak and corrupt, especially against those with no active powers and he won’t give up until his goals are reached because he is a stubborn bastard.

Background/History:
Aramis was born 18 years before the Rebellion in SeeLi-Ire, when the nobles still dominated the land. He was separated from his family during a Nobles’ collection raid, his family had told him to escape because he showed no potential for power and the Nobles would eliminate him from the population to prevent it from spreading. Aramis ended up in an isolated village, Ofawi, receiving Noble collection only every few years. There he learned the discrimination to the powerless or nearly powerless, those without powers were treated as small children or, sometimes, ignored altogether. His few friends soon followed the example set by the villagers and ignored him.
He left the village when he reached puberty and set off to educate himself and change the perspective toward the powerless. He amassed an army to fight the nobles, helping to instigate the Rebellion. During his travels, however, every future seer he met told him he would die soon and that he would never gain powers before his death. He continued his plan anyway, and started by first destroying the village that had ridiculed him. He took his fight against the Nobles and was killed. His death and the idea that a powerless person could get so far pushed the Rebellion into full drive.
Meanwhile Aramis discovered his spiritual immortality and his frustration at being able to do nothing more than watch helplessly. He first revived himself on accident by wandering too close to a dying body. He had stepped closer to watch the process of a spirit leaving the body and was sucked into the spiritual vacuum left behind. The energy of his entry healed the body enough for it to survive. Aramis also discovered that the bodies he inhabited eventually began to look like his first body, the process taking from weeks to months but inevitable.
His returns have been noted and now many will kill him on sight rather than have him try to overthrow the current government while others would welcome him with open arms. Many also insist on having bodies cremated or mutilated to prevent his return.
