Okay, review this and comment please. I typed this late at night so it may not be coherent.

Race/Physical Description (skin tone, build, distinguishing features): average in appearance with overcast skin(not tan, not pale, somewhat grayish), appears taller than actual height due to lankiness, thin due to lack of suitable nourishment, no visible scarring, usually wears neutral colors: mostly grey or dark grey
Eye color: light grey
Hair color: dark blue/navy blue
Elemental affiliation: Electric/Lightning
Detailed description of powers (specifics of what the character can do/includes physical mutations such as feathers, wings, night vision) :
She has the ability to sense the electrical impulses of living organisms, not unlike sharks and eels. In this she has limited range, currently under 500 meters, but the field is growing as she uses it. Yhalika also has elemental control over electricity, allowing her to generate, absorb, and redirect electrical charges. However, her range of this ability is quite short, extending in a aura about a foot away from her body. Because of this, she cannot send electric charges at distant targets but can and will shock any who come close and grab her. Her range greatly increases under water or with similar conductive situations, such as in a metal room. During storms, she can redirect lightning toward her direction only. She cannot control the storm and its strikes.

Occupation: Bodyguard/Spy/Hit man
Special skills/Training: Advanced weapons training in guns and the use of hand-to-hand combat of defense and attack. No skill in traditional weaponry, such as swords, bows, etc.
Talents: The ability to sense people and if they are nervous/lying, Can sense electronics and can control if touching, can continually charge electrical batteries/generate power
Weapons and unique items (List all or you will be unable to use them!): 3 guns(two main and a spare smaller one) and shoes laced with “anti-grav” material. The guns are specially modified to contain no battery as she can charge them herself with her own energy. This leaves room in them for multiple rotating crystals allowing a few different types of bullets to be used. Her two main guns have three settings each: the first has the traditional Earth crystal that shoots metal slugs, a second setting of hard crystal, and the last setting of an elemental amplifier, electricity; the second gun has the same first two crystals as the first and has no third setting. The third gun is a simple traditional gun for back up purposes.
The shoes allow her to jump very high or run faster by reducing her weight as she directs current through them. She can hover for short periods using them but prefers not to as hovering leaves her without the ability to dodge.
General Personality: Distanced and a little flighty, due to her life of hiding and on the run. Slips into an emotionless mask while working and actually feels no emotion due to her focus on her job and her continued scanning for threats.
Likes: Electricity, storms, guns
Dislikes: close combat, places without exits, no-win situations, police, long conversations, “battle banter”
Fears: being helpless, being dependant on someone, capture

Background/History: Yhalika was born into the rebellion in Kusaie under Aramis’s lead. Growing up in this group she began to view Aramis as an older brother as he would take time to comedown and visit her and the other children of the small group. The group was eventually discovered through a betrayal, with many of the group being killed or captured. Yhali’s mother was killed for having too much Electric ability and the potential to use it against the government. Her father was captured along with the others of less powerful talents. Aramis was killed on sight.
Yhali escaped this devastation while out on a mission, scouting for potential allies elsewhere in the city. She retuned to see signs of blood and struggle and the bodies of her family. Being 18 at the time she accelerated her training and survival tactics, while suppressing her emotions to control her actions, and lived on her own in hiding. With no mentor and a fear for her life, she trained in her powers only to the point that they are today, as those who would know the true potential of her abilities would kill her like her mother.
A year ago, she felt a familiar presence, Aramis. Knowing the legends about his existence. She waits for when he will rise in a new body and rejoin the rebellion.
